We’d like to thank all researchers who have submitted/plan to submit an abstract to RAID. We look forward to hearing about your work. Submitters will be informed shortly after the deadline if they have been selected for a talk or for a poster.
Speakers will be asked to submit their slides to conference organizers 1 day ahead of the conference, to allow for a backup in case sharing in our virtual format presents difficulties. Talks will be 10 min with 5 min question time.
Poster presenters will be sent a link to upload their posters as a pdf file (<10 MB). All submissions must be completed 1 week ahead of the conference. There will be an option to also upload a short sound file (mp3, <2min; <10MB) for those wishing to provide a brief audible summary of their poster. Posters will be made available to all conference registrants several days before the conference, and an on-line chat feature will allow viewers and presenters to exchange questions and answers, discuss findings and initiate collaborations. Top posters will be selected for judging, and presenters will be asked to give a 90 second oral presentation in a rapid fire session.
